In the past three years, baking has become a hobby of mine. I have focused mostly on bread, though I have branched out some. I frequently make my own bread, in a number of different styles, and like to experiment with other baking techniques, as well, including pretzels, popovers, cakes, cookies, candies, pastry, and tarts.
